Jake you’re not wrong how many of those are retirees? How many of those are people that just won’t work how many of those that are here in this country of the Muslims Smileys and other people that just won’t work and the last thing as a small business owner, you can’t find employees worth having and that’s sad to say
Good questions, and I do not have all the answers. I had someone else bring up to me that many companies recently asked their workforce for those who would volunteer to retire early. UPS is one of those companies. Regardless, this is a change only in one month. That is huge.

I’ve been in the Excavation business for 42 years at one time I had 30 employees today I have my Son and a couple friends helping me part time, if I had someone to buy me out I would be retired, just to be rid of the headaches
