I realize I’m in the minority, but I much prefer 10mm to 9mm. My 15+1 double stacked Springfield Armory 10mm is an absolute war machine. Yes, ammo is far more expensive than 9mm, but I’ve seen far too many videos of cops placing multiple rounds of 9mm into the chests of advancing assailants and the attacker keeps coming. That won’t happen with a 10.

But in general I agree. AR in 5.56, 22LR scoped rifle, decent 12 gauge (with several different loads) and a reliable full sized double stack handgun with extra magazines. That’s plenty. For Armageddon. If you hunt elk at 600+ yards like we do then you’ll need the right tool for that job as well.

Gun companies are under continous assault. Support the companies that support your rights, especially mom and pop operations.

Also, lone wolves are not gonna make it. Backup guns are for friends and family, barter, and because machines eventually fail with use.
